The Calm Before the Storm

 

These nice, unsuspecting people THINK they came to the Next Level Life Training Workshop in Jacksonville, Florida, to learn how to sell life insurance.

Unfortunately, that isn’t what we do. We focus on SERVING the customer better, and through that process, we sell the heck out of life insurance!

We doubled down on simple for this workshop, and it was another sell-out.  However, this session would not have happened without one agent.

She got the word out for the sake of her fellow agents.

I could talk for 2 days about this lady,  but that’s another post.  I’ve had the pleasure of coaching Kim’s team for over 4-years.

They already see me every month, and yet she has sent team members to every workshop I’ve presented in Jacksonville over the years.  Every time – she hasn’t missed one.

 

 

We improve it every year, but I asked her why she continues to send team members to the same workshop.  Surely, they’re sick of me by now.

 

 

It’s really important that everyone understands the philosophy of the process and has clarity on the process itself.  The workshop helps accomplish just that. 

In our world today, we don’t get together often enough.  It’s great for my team members to take the time to be out of the office with no distractions to interact with other team members with similar goals.

 

 

 

They always come back pumped up and, more importantly, confident. 

 

The workshop gives them a real jump start because they see this process isn’t difficult and anyone can do it.
