We share a leaderboard every month showcasing some of our top performers from our Platinum team coaching program. It’s a snapshot of what’s possible and provides a process for self-accountability.
Team members and agents look forward to seeing who made the list. However, like any good thing, the enemy can use what should be positive against you. That can’t happen without your permission.
Comparison-itis is a disease.
It’s never about other people. The leaderboard only serves as proof that anyone can succeed if they follow the process. The list below is made up of people who are willing to fall down first before rising to become even stronger.
Before acknowledging the life-licensed group, here’s an honorable mention to the Customer Service Non-Life-Licensed team. They set the table for the agency.
