2024 was one of the most treacherous years for P&C in many years. For some teams, it severely damaged their financial services production too.
I met Diane Pierce at least 15 years ago, and she’s one of my favorite agents.
2024 was a tough P&C year for her as well, but it also turned out to be magical.
Diane’s team had a sub-par P&C production year in 2024 like most other agents.
However despite the drama, she and her team also qualified for Exotic (the company’s top prize. She did this from the tiny town of Chiefland, FL.
How is that possible?
That would’ve never happened if they obsessed over the challenging the environment. She kept her focus on what’s possible, not what’s difficult. There’s a lesson there for all of us.
She followed the process instead of throwing it away.
